I highly recommend you include a good phone number where we can send you a text message. Often, our messages may end up in your spam folder, and there will be no other way for us to reach you. 

Our support staff works between 10 am and 5 pm EST Mon-Fri. Any email outside of office hours will be answered on the next business day. 

We are just as eager to get you started and to get you access to products, but we only work certain hours, so please be patient if you are waiting over the weekend.
